Instapix is an AI-powered photo generation service that creates personalized photos using artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes:

• AI model creation from user-provided photos
• Generation of AI photos
• Credit-based payment system
• Photo storage and management

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are:

• Non-refundable once purchased
• Non-transferable between accounts
• Valid until used, with no expiration date

5. User Content

By uploading photos to create AI models, you:

• Confirm you have the right to use these photos
• Grant us license to use the photos for AI model training
• Understand that generated photos are for personal use only

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without permission
• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI technology
• Resell or redistribute generated photos commercially without permission

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
